January Competition Intentions 2020

1. Ukrainian Food Fundraiser Update: Thank-you so much for all of your effort and interest in our first fundraiser. The hall quickly planned 2 bees to complete our orders. If you are able to help next week, it will count towards your volunteer duty. The first round of orders will be ready for pick up during classes next week. If you still have an order, please bring them to class next week. The next round of orders will be filled in mid-January, after the Winter Break. 

 

2. Competition Info: The paperwork hasn't been submitted yet, but we wanted you to be aware of our plans. 

 

- St. Paul will be held over Teacher's Convention weekend...so we eliminated this one as a possibility.

 

- Fort Sask. Veteretz April 29. Vesna, Sontse, Kalyna, Viter, Kupalo, Zirka Yes, this is the week of the final show, but Trish is going to ask that all performances are scheduled for after 5pm on the Wednesday evening. 

 

- Calgary SAUDF March 15-16 Kalyna, Viter, Kupalo, Zirka Trish will ask that we are all on one day between the hours of noon-6 pm. This way, people can drive home if they choose. 

 

- If you have any concerns about these dates, please let me know as soon as possible.
